1A)"Well then, Meletus, you've given ample proof that you have never bothered your head about the young; and you make it perfectly clear that you have never paid the slightest attention to the matters over which you are now indicting me."
This quote really jumped out at me. What this is, is the result of Socrates using Dialectics on one of his accusers. He simply tried to get the man to explain his accusation, and got his opinion on different matters related to that accusation. What ended up happening, was Meletus answered the questions just as Socrates had thought he would, and by doing so, showed a fatal flaw in his judgment or idea of judgment. I chose this because it seemed like an especially important quote, seeing as he ripped open one of the claims against him.
